Immune system Bio-regulator
HoloRam® Optimum is an inducer of natural immune regulation processes. It may be useful in degenerative processes involving disorders of cellular immunity.
It favors the energy bio-regulation of the body's defense mechanisms involved in disorders of the humoral and cellular immunity. The failure in the regulation of one or several of these systems produces alterations in the humoral, endocrine and neuronal bio-regulator circuits which represent the basis of many of the biological dysfunctions.
For a better understanding, we have grouped their components into four categories:
- Group I. Phytonutrients: Echinacea dried extract (Echinacea purpurea (L.) Moench, above ground parts, 4.0% total polyphenols) 80 mg, Aloe vera (Aloe vera (L.) Burm. F. leaf pulp) 80 mg, Cat's Claw dried extract (Uncaria tomentosa (Willd) DC, bark, more than 3.0% of poli indolic alkaloids) 80 mg.
- Group II. Amino acids: L-Glutamine 140 mg, L-Arginine 80 mg, Lysine HCl 40 mg, L-isoleucine 20 mg.
- Group III. Minerals and vitamins: Magnesium gluconate (5.86% magnesium) 40 mg, Copper gluconate (14.44% copper) 3,5 mg, Zinc gluconate (14.35% zinc) 25 mg.
- Group IV. Biopolymers of the cellular matrix: Sodium hyaluronate 7.5 mg.
The aim of HoloRam® Optimum is to assist in the regulation of the immune system by acting on it through the combination of a group of activated amino acids and minerals which are essential to maintain its immunity. In addition, phytotherapeutics with recognized modulatory effects in immunity are added.
If we consider life as a pattern of information organization with the ability to recreate, the amino acids are the essential alphabet for the language and the communication of the vital processes. In recent years wide scientific evidence about the role of the amino acid in the regulation of the immune response has been gathered. It includes the activation of the lymphocytes, natural killer cells, cytokines production and the regulation of the redox intracellular states.
This immune modulation through the amino acids can be understood because they take part in the synthesis of a variety of specific proteins, comprising both the cytokines and antibodies.
In addition to being the basic units in the construction of the proteins, the amino acids can behave as energy sources, as components or precursors of the biological substances (enzymes) and as inducers in the transduction of signals (neurotransmitters).
Local and systemic changes in the concentration of amino acids in plasma and tissues produce imbalance in the information network interwoven by amino acids, triggering abnormal immune responses.
These occur in deficiency states that accompany malnutrition and malabsorption, as well as in various pathologies such as infections, malignant neoplasms, inflammation and autoimmune disorders.
